  1. How to start a process?

Loss Process example

  1. You have a certain amount on your crypto wallet and you want additional security in case you lose access to it.

  2. You go to our website and enter the app. From there, the process is exactly the same as a legacy process, you choose the inheritors and guardians and confirm it.

  3. If you lost your wallet, one of your guardians needs to declare it and input the new recovery address. We will need a consensus of the other wallet guardians according to the security level you've put in to trigger the process.

  4. Then there's the 90 days period informing that your guardians triggered the process.

  5. With no response from you, we take your crypto out of your account and send it to the new address.

  6. Then you just have to claim your crypto on our website with your new wallet address.
