When ever your time has come or you just lost your wallet, one of your wallet guardians needs to declare it. In case of a wallet loss, he'll need to input your new wallet address.

According to the security level you've set in, it will need a certain amount of wallet guardians to confirm the process.

If the security level is respected, the process will be triggered.
